About the Role

Create and develop garment patterns for knitwear and sublimation product ranges at Elegant Knitting's Biyagama facility, ensuring accurate fit and production-ready specifications.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop garment patterns based on design specifications and technical packages
• Ensure accurate fit, measurements, and production-ready efficiency across product ranges
• Conduct pattern grading across required size ranges
• Coordinate with design and sample room teams for pattern adjustments and approvals
• Prepare and maintain pattern documentation for sublimation and knitwear products

Requirements

• Experience or formal training in pattern making
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with pattern CAD software
• Attention to detail and precision in technical work
• Good knowledge of garment construction
• Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
