About the Role

Drive industrial engineering activities including skill development, process innovations, and costing/consumption analysis at Jay Jay Mills Lanka's Avissawella production facility.

Responsibilities

Handle skill development initiatives and process innovations on the production floor
Conduct costing and consumption analysis, including thread and material consumption
Perform work study and time and motion studies to improve operational efficiency
Prepare and analyze IE reports for factory and management review
Coordinate with production teams to drive efficiency improvements

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering / Work Study, OR GCE A/L with 3+ years of relevant field experience
English communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
