About the Role

Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations at Crystal Martin's Dambulla facility, ensuring production targets, quality standards, efficiency benchmarks, and workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all factory operations including production, quality control, and maintenance
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and efficiency goals
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
• Develop and implement operational improvement and cost reduction strategies
• Manage factory-level budgets and resource allocation
• Coordinate with supply chain, merchandising, and HR departments

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
• Significant managerial experience in apparel or garment manufacturing
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and industrial engineering
• Proven track record in factory operations management
