Senior Fashion Designer

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the complete design and development process for multiple fashion brands
• Conduct fashion trend forecasting and translate trends into seasonal collections
• Create technical sketches, tech packs, and garment construction specifications
• Develop embroidery designs, print artwork, and make fabric and trim selections
• Evaluate development samples and provide technical feedback
• Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams for successful execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar design software
• Strong fashion trend awareness and garment construction knowledge
• Proven experience in a senior or lead fashion designer role
• High level of creativity, attention to detail, and visual communication skills
