About the Role

Lead digital marketing strategy, manage brand presence, oversee multi-channel campaigns and mentor a marketing team for a growing Colombo-based e-commerce company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies
• Plan and monitor campaigns across social media, email, SEO and SEM
• Manage brand presence and social media content strategy
• Analyse campaign metrics and generate actionable insights
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team
• Oversee e-commerce operations and online sales growth
• Manage marketing budgets and prepare performance reports

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years in marketing, digital marketing or e-commerce
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer engagement
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Creative, data-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
