About the Role

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital payment solutions, converting them into functional specifications and collaborating with development and QA teams.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Convert business needs into functional and non-functional specifications
Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers
Create user stories, process flows, and software requirement specifications
Participate in Agile ceremonies
Prioritize requirements based on value and feasibility

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
2+ years as Business Analyst or similar role
Requirements gathering and process mapping expertise
Agile/Scrum environment experience preferred
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel
