Gather and document business/technical requirements for telecom solutions, support pre-sales activities, and collaborate across teams in a specialized telecom solutions company.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business/technical requirements
• Prepare BRDs, SRS, and user stories
• Collaborate across teams and conduct stakeholder meetings
• Support pre-sales activities
• Identify project risks and gaps

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field
• 4-6 years as Business Analyst, preferably in telecom or digital solutions
• Expertise in telecom products: CRM, charging, billing, APIs, VAS, SMS, USSD, roaming
• Strong documentation and communication abilities
• Pre-sales experience valued
