About the Role

MEP-specialist QS managing budgets, bills of quantities, cost estimation, and payment certifications for electro-mechanical construction projects in Colombo.

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage project budgets and bills of quantities
Monitor project costs against targets
Evaluate and negotiate supplier and subcontractor contracts
Conduct site visits for progress assessment

Requirements

Minimum O-Level education
3+ years experience in MEP field
Proficient in MEP quantity take-offs and cost estimation
Age below 40 years
