About the Role

Entry-level IT support role handling hardware, software, and network issues for end users in Nugegoda.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment
• Handle support requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems
• Configure user accounts, email, and access permissions
• Perform system maintenance, updates, backups, and track hardware/software assets

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 1-2 years IT support experience; freshers with strong technical knowledge acceptable
• Strong ability to understand and resolve complex technical problems
• Experience in an IT environment preferred
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
