About the Role

IT administrator managing Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and VoIP systems across a WAN spanning Australia, New Zealand, and Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Install, deploy, and maintain software and hardware across the organization
• Manage Microsoft 365 licensing and software license compliance
• Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Administer VoIP telephone systems and building security systems
• Enforce IT security policies across WAN spanning Australia, New Zealand, and Sri Lanka

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant industry networking certification
• Expertise in networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalling)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Server products (Windows Server, Exchange, SQL Server, Hyper-V)
• Microsoft 365 licensing management experience
• Strong Microsoft desktop OS troubleshooting skills
