About the Role
Senior technical support lead managing a team resolving ERP and web application issues using VB.NET, React, TypeScript, and SQL Server.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Technical Support Analysts
- Manage task allocation and monitor team progress against SLAs
- Handle escalated technical issues and identify team training needs
- Investigate advanced technical problems across ERP systems and integrations
- Use AI tools to analyze logs, generate scripts, and accelerate issue resolution
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development or technical support experience
- 3+ years of team leadership or management experience
- Expertise in ERP systems and Microsoft Visual Studio (VB.NET preferred)
- React JS with TypeScript (minimum 2 years) and T-SQL/SQL Server proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
