About the Role
Entry-level IT help desk technician providing first-level hardware and software support from Kadawata.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware and software issues
- Log and track support requests through help desk ticketing systems
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-tier support teams
- Perform routine IT maintenance and user account administration
- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and IT asset inventory
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in IT help desk or Level 1 technical support
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously
- Located in or able to commute to Kadawata
