Trainee Agriculture Officer (Outsourced)

About the Role

Field-based trainee role supporting HNB's agribusiness lending at outstation customer centers island-wide.

Responsibilities

• Assist Agribusiness Unit in building and maintaining client relationships
• Support Relationship Managers in evaluating agribusiness proposals
• Conduct field visits and collect agricultural and financial data
• Engage with microfinance, SME, and emerging corporate agricultural portfolios
• Contribute to growth of HNB's agribusiness lending segment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture OR NVQ Level 5+ diploma in a related field
• Age 30 or below
• Valid driving license (mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Willingness to work at remote outstation centers
