Responsibilities

• Evaluate credit applications and assess borrower creditworthiness
• Conduct financial analysis and maintain credit risk rating systems
• Monitor credit portfolio performance and conduct stress testing
• Ensure adherence to credit policies and CBSL directions
• Prepare risk reports for management review

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent professional qualification
• Relevant experience in credit risk management within a bank or financial institution
• Knowledge of CBSL regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and communication skills
