About the Role

Retail recoveries officer managing NPL portfolios and coordinating recovery strategies at Seylan Bank across Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control retail NPL (non-performing loan) portfolio
• Monitor loans transferred to recovery categories
• Coordinate with regional recovery teams on recovery strategies
• Drive recovery performance and minimize impairment losses
• Maintain accurate loan case records and customer communication

Requirements

• Minimum 5 GCE O/L credit passes including Mathematics and English
• Minimum 4 GCE A/L passes including General English
• Minimum 2 years branch banking experience
• Debt recovery experience advantageous
