About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare and present local and international dishes to high quality standards
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food waste
- Supervise and train junior kitchen team members
- Handle special dietary requests and food allergies professionally
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience as a chef in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards
- Willingness to work shift hours at a beach resort
