Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations at Earl's Regency hotel
• Plan and develop menus in line with hotel standards and guest preferences
• Manage F&B team performance, scheduling, and training
• Control food and beverage costs and monitor profitability
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, service, and guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Graduate from a recognized hotel school
• 3-5 years F&B management experience in a star-class hotel
• Strong leadership and guest relations skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
