Responsibilities
- Oversee all food and beverage operations at Earl's Regency hotel
- Plan and develop menus in line with hotel standards and guest preferences
- Manage F&B team performance, scheduling, and training
- Control food and beverage costs and monitor profitability
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, service, and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Graduate from a recognized hotel school
- 3-5 years F&B management experience in a star-class hotel
- Strong leadership and guest relations skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
