Project Manager / Team Leader / Site Manager

About the Role

Senior construction or MEP project management role leading multi-disciplinary site teams and coordinating with clients and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering or MEP project teams on site and from head office
• Monitor project progress against master schedules and cost budgets
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve site issues
• Ensure quality assurance and health-and-safety standards are upheld throughout projects
• Prepare progress reports and represent the company at project review meetings

Requirements

• BSc in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years of project or site management experience in building construction or MEP services
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary site teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project or equivalent)
