Intern - Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

Quantity surveying internship assisting senior QS staff with BOQ preparation, cost estimates, and site measurement at a Ja Ela project.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior quantity surveyors in preparing bills of quantities and cost estimates
• Support measurement and valuation of construction works for payment certification
• Compile and maintain cost records, contracts, and procurement documentation
• Assist in tender preparation and evaluation for subcontractor packages
• Attend site visits and support monthly project progress measurement

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Basic understanding of building construction processes and BOQ preparation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and standard office software
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills in English
