About the Role

QS role managing bills of quantities, subcontractor payments, and variation orders for piling and foundation engineering contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates specific to piling and foundation engineering contracts
• Value completed piling works and prepare interim progress payment certificates
• Manage subcontractor procurement, evaluation, and payment processes
• Prepare and negotiate variation orders, claims, and final account settlements
• Maintain accurate cost records and produce monthly financial reports for management

Requirements

• BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience in quantity surveying, with exposure to specialist civil or piling works preferred
• Good knowledge of FIDIC and ICTAD construction contracts
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost management software
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract administration skills
