Group Head of Engineering

About the Role

Director-level role setting Group-wide engineering strategy covering automation, smart manufacturing, and sustainability across Brandix's apparel operations.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the Group-wide engineering strategy covering technology adoption, automation, smart manufacturing, and sustainable practices
• Own CAPEX governance and define engineering performance KPIs across all business units
• Lead net-zero and energy management initiatives as part of Brandix's sustainability commitments
• Drive engineering synergies across Operations, Supply Chain, and Sustainability functions
• Build and develop a high-performing Group engineering leadership team

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred)
• Chartered Engineer qualification is strongly preferred
• 15+ years in engineering with significant exposure to manufacturing systems
• Minimum 5 years in a senior engineering leadership role within a large organization
• Proven track record in transformation initiatives: automation, smart manufacturing, or sustainability
