About the Role

Responsibilities
- Address phone and WhatsApp inquiries professionally and promptly
- Conduct property viewings representing senior agents
- Communicate with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients
- Maintain up-to-date CRM documentation
- Support the complete sales pipeline from initial inquiry through closing
Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification (minimum)
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Organised, proactive, and results-oriented approach
