About the Role

Showroom Manager and Assistant Manager roles at ODEL (Softlogic Retail) across multiple Western Province locations including Kohuwala, Delkanda, Ja-Ela, Negombo, Rajagiriya, and Wattala.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations and maintain high customer service standards
• Drive sales and meet monthly revenue targets
• Manage inventory and visual merchandising
• Train and lead sales teams
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints

Requirements

• Ordinary Level (O/L) education minimum
• Minimum 1 year of retail or showroom experience
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
• Leadership experience required for manager role
