Responsibilities

Maintain store and visual merchandising standards
Lead, coach, and motivate staff to drive sales
Ensure excellent customer service delivery at all times
Handle back office administration tasks

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of similar retail supervisory experience
Ordinary Level (O/L) minimum; Three A/L passes
Age below 35 years
Average English proficiency (written and spoken)
MS Office knowledge
