About the Role

Senior MEP Engineer for Home Lands Skyline's Port City high-rise project in Battaramulla, managing MEP design, procurement, and commissioning for 30+ storey developments. 15-20 years experience required.

Responsibilities

Manage MEP design review, value engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning for high-rise developments
Optimise MEP designs for complex structural and spatial demands
Direct international MEP subcontractors and vendors to meet timelines and budgets
Ensure compliance with international building codes and green certifications
Conduct site inspections and implement quality assurance protocols

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Master's or Chartership preferred
15-20+ years of progressive MEP engineering experience
Minimum 5 years on high-rise projects (30+ stories)
Deep expertise in central cooling plants, high-voltage systems, BMS, and firefighting infrastructure
Proficiency reviewing BIM (Revit) models
