Senior MEP Engineer – Port City Project

About the Role

Senior MEP Engineer for Home Lands Skyline's Port City high-rise project in Battaramulla, managing MEP design, procurement, and commissioning for 30+ storey developments. 15-20 years experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP design review, value engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning for high-rise developments
• Optimise MEP designs for complex structural and spatial demands
• Direct international MEP subcontractors and vendors to meet timelines and budgets
• Ensure compliance with international building codes and green certifications
• Conduct site inspections and implement quality assurance protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Master's or Chartership preferred
• 15-20+ years of progressive MEP engineering experience
• Minimum 5 years on high-rise projects (30+ stories)
• Deep expertise in central cooling plants, high-voltage systems, BMS, and firefighting infrastructure
• Proficiency reviewing BIM (Revit) models
