About the Role

Quantity Surveyor internship at JKH Property Group's Ja Ela site, supporting senior QS professionals with BOQ preparation, site measurements, and cost estimation under the John Keells Holdings conglomerate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities and cost estimates
• Support senior quantity surveyors in measurement and documentation tasks
• Contribute to tender preparation and contract administration
• Carry out site measurements and material take-offs

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Basic knowledge of construction processes
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced project environment
