About the Role

Build and maintain the React Native mobile application for iOS and Android, implementing inspection workflows with AI-powered report generation for a field inspection platform.

Responsibilities

• Build the React Native mobile application for iOS and Android
• Implement inspection workflows including photo capture and compliance checklists
• Integrate LLM-powered AI report generation from field data
• Build offline-capable data synchronization for field connectivity issues
• Optimize performance for mid-range devices

Requirements

• 3+ years of React Native development
• Shipped apps on both iOS and Android
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Redux or equivalent state management
• REST API integration and JWT authentication
• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Expo EAS)
• Camera/photo capture integration experience
• Offline-first data patterns experience
