About the Role
Manage and control the NPL loan portfolio at SDB Bank across assigned regions, ensuring timely recovery and minimizing credit impairment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and control the loan NPL portfolio of assigned regions
- Ensure timely recovery and minimize impairment
- Monitor newly transferred NPL loans
- Coordinate with regional recovery teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years Junior Executive grade experience
- 4+ years banking/financial sector experience
- Debt recovery experience preferred
