About the Role
Provide legal counsel, draft contracts, handle mortgage documentation, and manage litigation for SDB Bank across Metro I and II regions.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal contracts, corporate agreements, security documents
- Provide legal counsel on litigation and business matters
- Handle court filings and represent the bank in legal proceedings
- Execute property title verification and mortgage documentation
Requirements
- Law degree (LLB) from accredited institution
- Attorney-at-Law credentials
- Notarial license (English and Sinhala)
- Minimum 6 years in banking or finance sector
- At least 4 years of legal practice experience
