About the Role

Lead the BIM team to develop and implement BIM strategies, manage model quality and clash detection, and drive digital construction excellence across local and international MEP projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and workflows
Lead and mentor BIM team members across multidisciplinary projects
Manage model quality, clash detection, and issue resolution
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams
Monitor deliverables against quality standards and timelines

Requirements

Minimum 3 years BIM experience with leadership or coordination background
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360
Understanding of BIM standards and coordination processes
MEP engineering coordination experience
Team management capabilities
