About the Role

Oversee day-to-day construction site operations on commercial and mixed-use building projects in Colombo, coordinating with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and quality-compliant delivery.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise daily site operations
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Monitor quality and progress against project schedule
• Maintain documentation and prepare progress reports
• Enforce health and safety compliance on site

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years building construction site experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Proficiency in MS Office
