About the Role
Supervise daily construction site activities in Vavuniya, ensuring compliance with project drawings and specifications, coordinating contractors, conducting inspections on earthworks, foundations, and drainage, and enforcing HSE standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure compliance with project drawings
- Coordinate with contractors on earthworks, foundations, concrete, drainage, and roads
- Maintain site records and prepare progress reports
- Assist with surveying activities
- Enforce HSE compliance and track materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1 year site experience
- AutoCAD proficiency
- MS Office proficiency
- English fluency; Tamil or Sinhala preferred
- Valid driving licence preferred
