About the Role
Oversee full operations of the Mount Lavinia branch including business development, team leadership, credit portfolio management, and achievement of asset, liability, and fee income targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure operational efficiency
- Drive business growth by meeting asset, liability, and fee income targets
- Evaluate credit proposals and manage branch loan portfolio quality
- Lead, coach, and appraise branch staff performance
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
Requirements
- Degree or professional banking qualification
- Minimum 4-6 years of banking experience with at least 2-3 years in relationship management or branch supervision
- Strong credit assessment and analytical skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
