About the Role

Full-time nursing assistant role providing patient care, vital signs monitoring, and daily living support at a private home care company in Colombo 6.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor and record patient vital signs
Facilitate patient mobility and safe transfers
Maintain clean and safe patient environments
Document care activities and report changes in patient condition

Requirements

English proficiency with Sinhala or Tamil language skills preferred
NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Nursing or related field
Physical capacity for patient lifting and transfers
Healthcare setting experience valued; beginners considered
