Junior Executive - Operations (Marine)

About the Role

Marine and vessel operations role coordinating crew movements, ship stores delivery, and stakeholder liaison to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vessel transits, crew embarkation/disembarkation, and emergency evacuations
• Manage ship spares, stores, and materials delivery to vessels
• Liaise with customers, port authorities, government agencies, and suppliers
• Maintain operational records, agreements, contracts, and documentation
• Support departmental KPIs and process improvements
• Assist in debtor control activities and reporting

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma from a recognised institution
• Minimum 1 year marine, shipping, or logistics operations experience (preferred)
• Institute of Chartered Ship Brokers qualification (advantageous)
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
• Strong interest in marine/shipping/logistics/port operations
