About the Role

Drive sea export sales growth, manage key customer accounts, and lead strategic business development initiatives at McLarens Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting revenue objectives
• Manage key accounts and nurture customer relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads
• Coordinate with internal teams on customer issue resolution
• Monitor market trends and competitive positioning
• Ensure compliance with HSSE, sanctions, and anti-corruption policies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in logistics/freight forwarding sales
• Understanding of sea export operations
• Strong English proficiency
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
