About the Role
Manage and grow Promo Lanka Marketing's portfolio of key hotel and hospitality accounts, driving revenue through strategic B2B relationship management in the HORECA sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts by executing strategies that drive revenue growth
- Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Collaborate across project, technical, and operations teams to deliver client solutions
- Monitor service completion rates and proactively address issues
- Oversee cash flow and payment follow-up for key accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in Key Account Management, sales, or business development
- F&B industry and kitchen equipment design knowledge preferred
- Proven track record managing large account portfolios
- MS Office and CRM proficiency
- Valid driver's licence
