About the Role

Lead and motivate staff at the Moose brand showroom in One Galle Face Mall, maintaining high visual merchandising standards and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Maintain the store and visual merchandising to a high standard
Lead and motivate staff to drive sales
Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Perform back office administration duties

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of similar retail supervisory experience
Age below 35
GCE Advanced Level (minimum 3 passes)
MS Office proficiency
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
