Senior Garment Technologist

About the Role

Collaborate with development teams, buyers, and sample rooms from technical pack creation through production, overseeing garment construction, sampling, fit assessment, and timeline management.

Responsibilities

• Examine technical specifications and align stakeholder expectations on requirements
• Identify product risks and implement development solutions
• Oversee construction, sampling, and pattern creation processes
• Assess fit quality, comfort, and visual presentation with documented feedback
• Manage timelines, client communications, and team coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Textile, Clothing, Fabric Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in similar role
• Understanding of pattern-making, grading, and sewing
• Active wear / performance wear background with bonding technology expertise preferred
