About the Role

Lead and execute HR strategy for a technology solutions company, covering workforce planning, performance management, talent acquisition, and labor law compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design
• Oversee talent acquisition and employee retention
• Implement performance management systems and productivity metrics
• Design compensation and benefits frameworks
• Build organizational culture emphasizing collaboration
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local labor laws
• Manage facility operations and infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent professional certification
• Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in managerial roles
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational change and business transformation
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of Sri Lankan labor law and statutory requirements
• MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
