About the Role

Lead backend system development focusing on scalable services, microservices, AI-native applications integrating LLMs and RAG pipelines. Fixed shift 3 PM–12 AM SL/IST.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead scalable backend services and enterprise applications
• Design microservices and distributed systems architectures
• Develop AI-native applications integrating LLMs and RAG pipelines
• Implement security measures and conduct code reviews
• Mentor junior developers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years professional backend development experience
• Team leadership or mentoring background
• Expertise in Python, FastAPI, Java, REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices
• Enterprise-scale application development experience
