Responsibilities

Lead all pre-opening operations and establish standards
Manage Rooms Division with focus on luxury guest expectations
Oversee all departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Guest Services
Build, recruit and mentor high-performance teams
Handle PR and stakeholder relations to position property in the premium market

Requirements

Proven hotel pre-opening experience
Strong Rooms Division background
Comprehensive hotel operations knowledge across all departments
Excellent PR and stakeholder management abilities
Prior exposure to Sri Lanka's Southern coastal region preferred
