About the Role

Oversee daily restaurant operations, lead staff, and maintain health and safety compliance at a well-established Sri Lankan cake and restaurant chain in Ratmalana. Minimum 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operational workflows
• Lead and motivate restaurant staff
• Manage shift scheduling and staff deployment
• Maintain health and safety compliance
• Address and resolve customer concerns
• Assist with inventory control and stock management

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant operations
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Customer service excellence
• Computer literacy an advantage
• Fast food or restaurant chain background preferred
