About the Role

Support the F&B Manager at EKHO Surf, Bentota in managing dining outlet operations, staff supervision, and guest satisfaction. Hotel school graduate preferred. Deadline July 23, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Support the F&B Manager in daily operations
• Oversee food and beverage service quality at all outlets
• Assist with menu planning and implementation
• Ensure guest satisfaction with dining experiences
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
• Maintain inventory and cost controls
• Train and supervise F&B service staff

Requirements

• Hotel School graduate or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
• Experience in F&B service in a star-class hotel or resort
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience at a beach resort advantageous
