Barista

About the Role

Craft specialty coffees and beverages at Ceylon Sliders in Weligama, a beachside café. Also serves as waiter. Requires barista training certification and 2+ years hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate Italian espresso machines to craft specialty coffees
• Prepare fresh juices, smoothies and cocktails
• Serve as waiter: take orders and deliver food and beverages
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Maintain coffee bar cleanliness and equipment hygiene

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years similar experience in hospitality or fine dining
• Barista training certification required
• Sri Lankan citizen
• Fluent English speaking and writing
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
