About the Role

Join Glayze Cafe in Nugegoda as a Trainee Barista. No prior experience required — full training provided. Accommodation and food included. Male candidates only. Salary LKR 20,000-40,000/month.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist with coffee and beverage preparation
• Maintain café cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Support experienced baristas in daily café operations
• Serve customers and take orders

Requirements

• No prior barista experience required — training provided
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team
• Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
• GCE O/L completed
