About the Role
Prepare specialty coffees and supervise junior baristas at Lyceum Global's Jaffna hospitality operation. Salary LKR 70,000-90,000/month.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and other beverages
- Train and supervise junior baristas
- Maintain coffee bar equipment and hygiene standards
- Handle customer orders and payments
- Ensure consistent quality in all beverage preparations
Requirements
- Proven barista experience at a senior level
- Strong specialty coffee knowledge including espresso extraction
- Team leadership ability
- Customer service oriented
