About the Role

Assist the pastry section at Milk & Honey Cafe in Colombo 7, preparing baked goods, pastries and desserts. Interest in vegetarian baking is a plus. Deadline July 23, 2026.

Responsibilities

Assist the pastry section in daily production
Prepare baked goods, pastries and desserts per café recipes
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the pastry kitchen
Follow instructions from senior pastry chef
Assist with ingredient preparation and stock management

Requirements

Some kitchen or pastry experience preferred
Culinary or NVQ qualification an advantage
Interest in pastry arts and vegetarian baking
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
