Manager – Credit Risk

About the Role

Lead credit risk management function at SDB Bank. Develop credit risk policies, monitor portfolio exposure, and prepare regulatory reports for CBSL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain credit risk management frameworks and policies
• Monitor and assess portfolio credit risk exposure
• Prepare credit risk reports for senior management and CBSL
• Ensure credit risk compliance with regulatory requirements
• Lead and mentor the credit risk team

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Banking, Risk Management, or Accounting
• Substantial experience in banking credit risk management
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of CBSL credit risk regulations
