About the Role

Plan and execute mechanical improvement and optimisation projects at CEAT OHT Lanka's off-highway tyre manufacturing facility in Seeduwa. Deadline July 23, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute mechanical improvement and optimisation projects
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical equipment failures
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams
• Document improvement project plans, progress, and outcomes
• Implement engineering changes to enhance manufacturing efficiency and safety

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial mechanical engineering
• Project management and problem-solving capabilities
• IESL membership or eligibility is an advantage
